Reed Clare conceptualized, wrote, produced, directed, acted in and performed the voice over for this commercial video project for Sonim Industries and Bell Canada. World light-heavyweight Muay Thai kickboxing champion, Simon "Bad Bwoy" Marcus, a friend of Reed's is featured in this video demonstrating through a sequence of kicks, knees, elbows and punches, the toughness and durability of this new phone being introduced to the Canadian market. The Sonim XP5520 holds the Guinness book of World records for surviving the highest recorded drop and still being able to function.

In this scene from the the hit TV series Nikita, Reed showcased his talent, range and diverse physical abilities in exemplary fashion having performed his own stunts in a scene opposite the lead, Maggie Q, in which a very intense physical and verbal exchange unfolds between Nikita and his character. Reed looks forward to more opportunities working on Nikita in the future after having made a strong overall impression with the production. Reed is currently preparing for upcoming work and roles in Toronto and abroad.

For one warrior, winning the battle meant losing his soul.

It is 72 A.D. A Roman invasion of Celtic lands hangs on the knife edge of success as the chieftain Ambiorix (Reed Clare) wages war against the Roman general Eydis (Craig Blair). A deadly battlefield blow makes Ambiorix king, but at the price of dishonoring his warrior’s code and risking an essential part of his soul.

Haunted for decades by his treacherous act, he is visited in his dying moments by the spectre of his former adversary. Together, the two soldiers relive their epic battle and its ignoble end, the truth of which may hold the key to Ambiorix’ salvation.

Reed not only played the lead in ‘Kingdom Come’ but also co-wrote, and executive produced it. The film was produced in association with Relativity Media, a prominent Hollywood Finance company.

Reed began formal training in Vancouver with Shea Hampton’s Acting From Source, while earning a degree in the Arts from Langara College. Soon after, he attended The Company of Rogues Actor’s Studio in Calgary. In 1999, he studied classical theatre at the prestigious National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal. Shortly after, Reed moved to New York where he studied acting at Carnegie Hall for three years under renowned and esteemed teachers Fred Kareman and Wynn Handman. These gentlemen provided him with an eclectic and comprehensive exploration of the acting process, resulting in the expansion of his capacities as a versatile and dynamic character actor. Reed's demo reel includes his most recent film/tv work that was produced and shot in New York including: Macbeth at the Met Opera and Kingdom Come. He has a longer version of his reel available which includes other past films: Karaoke Hero, He's Got Issues and Puppy Love.
